Forrest Stodghill Team Leader and Seller’s Representative

Forrest is our mighty Team Leader and Sellers Representative! He has been in the industry for almost 10 years now.

Forrest has been a REALTOR® since 2012 and has an impressive resume within our industry. Prior to joining Real, he served as managing broker for Crye-Leike, Realtors and PRO 100. Throughout the duration of his leadership position, Forrest led company-wide efforts in the areas of marketing, advertising, contract negotiation, risk reduction, and technology implementation.

Forrest is an active member of the Ozark Gateway Association of REALTORS (OGAR), receiving multiple awards over the years, including the REALTOR Spirit Award and REALTOR of the Year. He also serves on numerous local committees and as a State Director for Missouri REALTORS.

Throughout his career, Forrest has been committed to continuing his real estate education to ensure the best results for his clients and agents. He has now earned eight professional real estate designations, two brokers licenses (Missouri and Kansas), each requiring the completion of real estate courses that elevate his standard as a real estate professional.

Forrest has been married to his wife Jessica for 18 years. Together they have eight adorable children, four boys, and four girls. Forrest enjoys spending time with his family at their numerous sporting events, reading, volunteering, and spending quality time with his Team.

Jennifer Harvey Buyer’s Representative

Jen is our Buyers Representative Extraordinaire! With over 13 years of experience in the industry there is not much Jen hasn’t seen.

Jen is a proud Broker Licensee of both Missouri and Oklahoma, which brings an abundance of knowledge to her work and team.

Born and raised in Wichita Kansas, and later in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Jennifer moved to the Joplin area 30 years ago where she has raised her twin daughters. Jen became a REALTOR in 2010 and has spent many years as an active member of the Ozark Gateway Association of REALTORS. She is the 2011 recipient of the Rookie of the Year award and is a graduate of the Local Leadership Academy.

Jennifer has a love for travel and spends time in South America on the regular. She is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University and Wichita State University and is a certified Master Gardener.

She is a certified e-PRO® through the National Association of REALTORS®. With the e-PRO® certification, REALTORS® increase their ability to reach customers, expand their capabilities, and build trust by safeguarding client information. And is a committed C2EX endorsed REALTOR®.

Travis Trueblood Buyer’s Agent and Showing Partner

Travis has always been drawn to roles in which he can serve others, whether that be the 12 years he served as a pastor, the eight years he served in an organization dedicated to building up young people, or the 5+ years he has spent as an elementary school teacher. He brings that same desire to serve to the table as a REALTOR.

Even though Travis only began his real estate career in 2020 he has plunged himself headfirst into learning and growing his business.  Travis is one of our Buyers Agents and is our designated Showing Partner.

He is currently working on his C2EX endorsement and hopes to eventually receive his ABR designation.

He has two sons and one daughter. When Travis is not out showing clients properties, he is at home reading, working on various hobbies, or attending his daughter’s plays.

Tim Hopper Buyer’s Agent

Although he was born in Martinez, CA, Tim has lived in northeastern Oklahoma for most of his life. He graduated from Afton, OK in 2014 and went on to NEO and received two associate degrees there.Tim became a REALTOR in 2021 after spending many years in the construction industry.

He joined the LRG Team shortly after as a Buyers Agent and has been enthusiastic in everything he has been handed. He loves working with his clients and is eager to build a thriving business. Tim has received his ABR® designation (Accredited Buyer’s Representative®) and his C2EX endorsement through the National Association of REALTORS®.

He looks forward to helping as many people as he can achieve the American Dream of Homeownership.

Tim is happily married to his childhood sweetheart, Ashley. They have two dogs: Sam and Mindee. Tim enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and being with friends and family.

Laura Webb Director of Operations

Growing up homeschooled, Laura has always known she was meant to serve others.

Laura started her real estate career in 2016 at 18 years old and has been in the industry ever since.

She has been an active member of the Ozark Gateway Association of REALTORS since then and has served as Chair and Vice-Chair of the Governing Documents Committee, MLS committee, and other committees as needed. She is the recipient of the 2018 Rookie Team Member and is a graduate of the Local Leadership Academy.

Laura is C2EX endorsed and is certified AHWD (At Home with Diversity) trained.

She is the LRG Director of Operations and handles our daily operations, contract and document preparation, client follow-up, and affiliate relationships.

In her free time, Laura enjoys painting, drawing, thrifting, and traveling. She collects Golden Age Hollywood Music and has a deep love for music and film. She has one dog named Molly, and two orange tabbies named Ronald and Henry.

Lindsey Niebaum Listing Partner, Kansas Buyer’s Agent

Lindsey is our Listing Partner and Kansas Buyer’s Agent! She has been in the Southwest Missouri area for over 18 years, to say she knows the Kansas/Oklahoma/Missouri area is an understatement.

She is a third-generation REALTOR and a proud Seneca Indian! She has had her Real Estate license since 2007 and has her Bachelor’s degree from Missouri Southern State University. She loves spending time with her four sons, her Frenchie (Stella), and being outdoors.

Max Bliss Buyer’s Transaction Coordinator

Max Bliss graduated and turned 18 on the same day in May of 2022. Two days later he began his first career in real estate, interning and eventually being licensed with FORREST. Real Estate.

Growing up, he learned the importance of the Real Estate market and investments from his parents. This inspired Max to desire a career in Real Estate. Max has a passion for helping the team assist buyers in purchasing a home! He was born and raised in Carl Junction, Missouri so he has learned to love and appreciate the community and is eager to work as a REALTOR® to serve Southwest Missouri. He enjoys learning the ever-changing details of a Real Estate transaction and desires to bring the cleanest closing to your table.

When Max is not helping coordinate your transaction he enjoys working on his various hobbies which include fixing his truck, hunting, building computers, and being with his friends and family.
